We do not accept returns. Once the fabric has been ordered and we have cut it, it is considered a custom order and cannot be returned or refunded. We strongly suggest purchasing a sample to ensure that the material will work for your project.

If your package is held up in custom you are responsible for claiming it. If it is not claimed, your package will be sent back to us and you will need to pay return shipping for us to send it again.
